We will meet for an intial free consultaion to discuss your needs. I will be happy to taste menu items, tour your kitchen, and talk about your vision. After we create a plan, I will develop your new menu items, return to demo them, then train your employees on how to execute and plate-up until everyone feels comfortable. All new menu items come with recipe, instructions, and photos of plate-up.
